Job Summary: The professional will assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs, handling ingredients, organizing products, and providing customer service and sales. Key Highlights: 1. Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with company rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, adhering to production schedules and protocols, company rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; Ensure prompt customer service by continuously restocking display counters and applying correct pricing in compliance with predefined rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and positive customer relationships; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing on display, performing daily checks and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by following daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health card **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Av. das Comunidades, 995 \- Centro, Gaspar \- SC **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:10 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
