Job Summary: An HR professional to handle recruitment, training, people management, and support for HR administration and occupational health and safety routines. Key Highlights: 1. Work involving occupational health and safety and internal marketing. **Responsibilities** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes. * Carry out onboarding of new employees and monitor their probationary period. * Plan, organize, and deliver internal training programs. * Support HR administration routines (hiring, vacations, time tracking, and terminations). * Directly engage in people management and leadership support. * Assist leaders with feedback sessions, alignment meetings, and team follow-ups. * Organize internal campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and internal marketing events. * Support the SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Service) in medical and occupational health and safety matters. * Handle NR-01 (GRO and PGR): risk identification, PGR updates, and safety integration. **Requirements** * Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Experience in recruitment and selection, HR administration (support role), training, and people management. * Knowledge of NR-01 (GRO and PGR). * Proficiency in digital tools. * **Familiarity with Solides, Monday, and Secullum Web.** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in internal marketing. * Practical experience in occupational medicine and safety. * Experience in the construction or real estate sectors. **Benefits** * Meal allowance, * Dental plan, * Pharmacy benefits, * Univali partnership, * Uniavan partnership, **Working Hours** Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM 01:15 PM to 06:00 PM Compensation: R$4.300,00 - R$5.600,00 per month Work Location: On-site
