They assist experienced mechanics in electrical and mechanical repairs, and organize the workshop’s environment and tools. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the technical team in performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on equipment, following guidance from responsible professionals; * Assist in identifying repair needs by observing diagnostics and technical interventions performed in the workshop; * Sort, provide, and organize tools, parts, and materials required for maintenance activities; * Contribute to organizing and controlling tools and equipment, ensuring proper storage and preservation of items; * Support workplace organization in compliance with safety regulations and good operational practices (adjusted to avoid classification as exclusively cleaning tasks); * Strictly follow internal procedures and occupational safety regulations; * Provide support in basic activity recordkeeping when necessary, assisting in service control and monitoring; * Collaborate with the team on routine departmental activities, demonstrating continuous learning interest and technical development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in fields such as Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related areas * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance is desirable * Basic familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment is desirable **Additional Information** Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * University tuition agreements With over 55 years in the automotive industry, the Itadil Group is an ecosystem comprising dealerships including Toyota, Peugeot, Citroën, Nissan, and Volkswagen, recognized for quality, innovation, and outstanding customer service.
