Candidate information collected during the selection process for open positions is rigorously handled in accordance with the LGPD – General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervises the Supply team, coordinating activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring operational processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with established standards. * Manages the operational team’s personnel, overseeing vacation approvals, overtime tracking, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and efficient allocation of human resources. * Conducts alignment meetings and individual feedback sessions with the team, promoting adjustments to task execution routines and ensuring greater efficiency and compliance with established procedures. * Provides support for daily routine demands and new activities requiring deeper technical knowledge, ensuring correct and efficient task execution. * Participates in cross-departmental meetings to seek solutions and implement process flow adjustments aimed at improving efficiency and interdepartmental alignment. * Monitors pending invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies between invoice data and purchase orders to ensure compliance and accurate accounting. * Tracks discrepancies between purchase orders and materials received in the warehouse, ensuring corrections and compliance with inventory records. * Periodic meetings with procurement staff to monitor pending processes and performance indicators; * Participates in daily meetings with managers to align information, priorities, and operational demands, ensuring efficient activity progress. * Provides support to all areas related to the supply flow, acting as the on-site focal point and ensuring efficient communication and demand fulfillment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Contract Management, Procurement Management, Supply Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines (preferred). **Specific Knowledge** * Negotiation, Procurement, Supply Chain, Contracts, Supplier Management **Computer Skills** * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite * Datasul (preferred) **Languages** * Intermediate English (preferred). **Additional Information** Willingness to reside in the interior of Bahia state.
