Candidate information collected during the selection process for open positions is rigorously handled in accordance with the LGPD – General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor production and quality results, maximizing process efficiency while complying with established standards; * Issue operational and plant process control reports; * Plan and conduct laboratory, pilot plant, and industrial plant process tests, controlling and processing resulting data to prepare technical reports; * Support plant operations to optimize plant processes—including crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, thickening, and filtration—ensuring quality, production, and process efficiency; * Support plant production planning and control to develop production plans, raw material consumption forecasts, mass/metalurgical balance closures, and reconciliations; * Develop new raw materials to optimize operations, conducting tests at laboratory, pilot plant, and industrial scales; * Develop continuous improvement projects at the plant, aiming to enhance unit operation performance and reduce costs; * Monitor and analyze plant process data, preparing action plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate potential issues; * Interface with plant technical and operational teams, mine, geology, and maintenance departments, promoting strategies to maximize plant efficiency; * Develop spreadsheets and reports using Excel, VBA, and Power BI; * Prepare process and plant-related project data presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and statistical tools. * Monitor plant maintenance activities to ensure technical operability; * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for plant operation-related projects; * Identify process opportunities, risks, and errors, proposing actions according to demand. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree: Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Production Engineering. * Experience in unit operations at mineral processing plants, including crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, thickening, and filtration; **Desirable** * Specialization in Mineral Processing or Project Management. * Intermediate English proficiency **Additional Information** Willingness to reside in the interior of Bahia. **Benefits**: Medical assistance \- Bradesco Saúde; Dental assistance \- Bradesco Dental; Life insurance; On-site cafeteria; Meal allowance; Transportation service; Wellhub; Conexa Saúde; Atlantic Nickel is a company focused on operations at one of the world’s largest open-pit sulfide nickel mines!
