Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for inventory control and updating, communicating with customers regarding receipt and dispatch, and providing logistical support to optimize delivery routes and deliveries. Optimization of delivery routes ***Job Responsibilities.*** * Conducts inventory piece control, keeping physical inventory records updated; * Updates the physical inventory to meet route scheduling requirements; informs external and internal customers about receipt, storage, picking, verification, dispatch, and delivery; * Assists in preparing delivery manifests to facilitate cargo distribution by carriers or in-house delivery; * Assists in route planning, schedules time slots, and optimizes the delivery process to be agile and cost-effective; assists drivers/motorcycle couriers with issues encountered during delivery, route re-planning, and other related matters.
