Responsible for assisting in the organization, verification, storage, and distribution of materials, recording incoming and outgoing items in the system to ensure inventory control. Assist with internal logistics, perform physical organization, and conduct inventories. Assist in receiving, verifying, and storing products and materials in warehouses according to Invoices/Shipping Lists/Requests; Assist in verifying the integrity and specifications of items as required. Assist in identifying and tracking equipment and tools. Support recording inventory movements (receipts and issues) in the company's system; Assist in distributing products and materials for shipment, applying appropriate controls; Organize materials in the warehouse; Maintain warehouse organization (5S) to facilitate handling of stored items; Assist in controlling the entry and exit of tools, materials, and equipment for construction sites; Follow company policies and procedures, including quality and safety standards; Assist in periodic inventory counts; Assist with related tasks as directed by supervision.
