If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teamwork, value people, are dynamic, and prioritize continuous improvement, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system; * Monitor the execution of expansion projects; * Conduct research and analysis of competitors within a region selected by management; * Identify commercial locations for establishing new or temporary offices; * Perform technical assessments of office facilities; * Obtain quotations for materials and/or services; * Relocate furniture from the service area of a temporary and/or permanent office to execute renovations; * Monitor and inspect the construction/adaptation/maintenance of offices; * Monitor and inspect the implementation of office visual media; * Monitor and inspect the installation of office furniture; * Assemble chairs, install TV(s), and arrange office decorations; * Monitor and supervise third-party teams; * Prepare daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports for supervision and management regarding project execution progress; * Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by supervision, management, and leadership; * Track pending tasks; * Understand and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Understand and comply with standard procedures applicable to your role and department; * Organize individual or shared workspaces. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory prerequisites:** * Completed technical course in Building Construction; or completed undergraduate technology program in Building Construction; or completed bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; or completed degree in Construction Management and Inspection, with experience in civil construction projects; * Driver’s license category B; * Availability for travel. **Desirable prerequisites:** * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Communicative profile; * Dynamic profile; * Courses related to the field; * Experience in construction execution (buildings, offices, residences). **Additional Information** **Area of operation:** **Expansion – Civil Construction** **Work schedule:** 44 hours per week, from **Monday to Friday** **Employment type:** CLT – **On-site** **Benefits that make a difference for you!** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance Health Insurance (60% covered) SulAmérica Dental Plan Optum – Health and Well-being Life Insurance Partnerships with educational institutions Access to SESI (all regional units) Access to SESC (Garanhuns – PE) \#SOMOSPROXXIMA Since 2021, our mission has been to **bring people closer to their aspirations**, delivering innovative solutions that improve lives and generate value for society as a whole.
