Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Billing Clerk to work with driver assistance, document and vehicle issuance and monitoring, and data organization in Lagoa da Prata-MG. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Junior Billing Clerk** to join our **Weighing and Billing Team** in **Lagoa da Prata\-MG.** **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Assisting drivers by providing loading and assembly orders for products to be transported; * Issuing invoices by entering information into the system; * Monitoring truck flow via SAP; * Conducting necessary inspections and releasing vehicles for travel; * Preparing reports and forwarding them to responsible parties; * Maintaining archives of all documentation; * Keeping the daily production log updated; * Assisting with cleaning and organizing the workspace. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Basic Microsoft Office skills; * Availability for a 5x1 rotating schedule and shifts (morning, afternoon, night); * Residence in **Lagoa da Prata, Arcos, or Japaraíba.** **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional required data. * HR interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
