If you seek an environment that fosters continuous learning, teamwork, and the development of solutions that truly make a difference, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **You will be responsible for:** * Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on coffee reconditioning equipment and transportation systems; * Planning and organizing services, requesting parts and tools from PCM and the warehouse; * Assembling and disassembling industrial equipment such as belts, elevators, pulleys, and classifiers; * Performing welding, cutting, lubrication, and adjustments on machines and mechanical components; * Recording activities on service orders, detailing parts used, time spent, and technical observations; * Strictly adhering to safety regulations, applying lockout/tagout procedures, signage, and 5S practices; * Diagnosing failures, proposing improvements, and collaborating in team development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed Technical or Undergraduate degree (in progress) in Industrial Mechanics. **License:** Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B). **Field Knowledge:** Experience in maintaining coffee reconditioning equipment and transportation systems; ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics; experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, machine installation and adjustment; basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; familiarity with welding, cutting, and use of manual and electric tools; ability to diagnose failures and maintain maintenance records. **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Availability:** On-site work in Guaxupé – MG. **Additional Information** **Work Modality: 100% On-site** CLT employment contract. **What benefits do we offer?** Health Insurance; Meal Voucher; Shuttle Service; Pharmacy Benefit Plan; Life Insurance; Scholarships for Undergraduate, Graduate, MBA, Master’s, Doctoral, and Foreign Language programs. **Here we also offer:** PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); **Exportadora de Café Guaxupé** is one of Brazil’s largest and most traditional coffee exporters, with over 50 years of history.
