Here, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, participate in a technical training track, and experience daily mechanical operations within a collaborative, innovative, and challenge-rich environment. **STAGES:** The program includes a selection process, initial technical training, and in-person training at Scania in São Paulo, ensuring you develop practical skills and experience real vehicle maintenance work. At the end of the program, an evaluation will be conducted to assess your performance and potential prior to hiring, ensuring you are fully prepared to begin your career as a Mechanical Assistant. **ABOUT THIS POSITION:** As a Mechanical Assistant, you will support the maintenance team in inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs — contributing to keeping vehicles safe, efficient, and road-ready.
