Development and training of associates ### **Responsibilities** PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: PRACTICE AND DISSEMINATE THE COMPANY'S MISSION, VISION, VALUES, AND MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES TO PROTECT THE COMPANY'S IMAGE AND STRENGTHEN ITS CULTURE. MANAGE PEOPLE WITH REGARD TO SETTING OBJECTIVES AND GOALS, STRUCTURING WORK, DEVELOPING TOOLS FOR ASSOCIATE TRAINING, AND MANAGING AND EVALUATING RESULTS.
