Requirements * Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience with Quality tools and process capability studies; * Experience conducting audits; * Must be a Lear employee and have held the same position for at least 1 year; * Employees eligible for application must fall within bands 1B and 2\. Key Responsibilities * Participate in critical analysis meetings by convening responsible personnel from relevant departments, monitoring KPIs, and generating final meeting reports. * Support and conduct internal audits to ensure departmental activities comply with current procedures, as well as Lear's internal requirements and customer requirements. * Analyze quality management system non-conformities identified during audits and participate in problem resolution. * Audit technical documentation for Process Quality (Control Plan, Control Cycle, and Self-Control Cycle), focusing on identifying potential non-conformities and enabling continuous improvement. * Manage Product Audits and Layout Inspection (scheduling, execution, and action plans). * Monitor customer KPIs, assist in complaint analysis, track corrective actions taken, and evaluate their effectiveness
