Job Mission * Safely execute operational routines of packaging equipment to deliver finished products meeting quality requirements and scheduled deadlines. Ensure implementation and maintenance of various management systems at the site (ISO 9001/14001/45001, FSSC 22000 (where applicable), HACCP, LSS / LSS in line (where applicable), among others). Main Responsibilities * Operation of Area 1 equipment on the packaging lines assigned to the role. Area 1 includes equipment with lower complexity and lower impact on product quality (palletizer, depalletizer, packers, case packer, case unpacker, packers); * Perform workplace organization and cleaning tasks by adhering to the existing cleaning plan (5S and CILT) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, aiming to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; * Conduct periodic process and product inspections to monitor and record quality parameters according to established standards (5S and CILT); * Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program activities per established procedures; * Monitor equipment performance indicators; participate in their continuous improvement through involvement in continuous improvement teams; * Carry out autonomous maintenance and lubrication activities related to basic condition maintenance (RBC) and operational condition maintenance on operated equipment; * Independently perform mechanical or electrical maintenance interventions (as qualified) by executing planned maintenance orders issued under the employee’s name; * Record production and quality data in SAP; * Conduct laboratory analyses to ensure product quality; * Be knowledgeable of food safety requirements (HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001, etc.). Academic Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Automation. Requirements * Availability to work rotating shifts \- 6x1 schedule. * Interest in developing within the industrial production area; * Experience in the brewing industry will be considered an advantage.
