Job Mission Responsible for safely supporting equipment operational routines to deliver finished products in accordance with quality standards and established deadlines. Key Responsibilities Operate unboxing machines, depalletizers, boxing machines, palletizers, bottle washers, pasteurizers, labelers, packers, fillers, and electronic inspectors by adhering to operational standards and acquired training; Conduct periodic process and product inspections to monitor and record quality parameters according to established standards, following MCO (Maintenance of Operational Conditions) routines; Carry out autonomous maintenance and lubrication activities linked to MCB (Maintenance of Basic Conditions) and MCO (Maintenance of Operational Conditions) for operated equipment; Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities by recording and analyzing failures occurring in equipment and processes under your responsibility; Execute mechanical or electrical maintenance interventions (as qualified) by completing scheduled maintenance work orders; Carry out organization and cleaning tasks at your workplace by complying with existing cleaning plans and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; Participate in continuous improvement of performance indicators for your workplace by joining continuous improvement teams.
