We encourage people from all social backgrounds to join our community so that, despite diverse origins and realities, we may nurture a shared aspiration to dream big and transform ourselves into better professionals and human beings — for ourselves and for the world. **Your Main Responsibilities** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on forestry operation equipment, focusing on wheel loaders and charcoal production implements, ensuring quality, reduced downtime, and higher production asset availability, in accordance with technical standards; * Interpret machine electrical and hydraulic schematics to diagnose equipment and machinery faults; * Disassemble components requiring repair following catalog diagrams, procedures, and/or systems to inspect damaged parts, restore them using hand tools, or replace them; Record executed maintenance activities in work orders, detailing applied materials and parts, as well as documenting unsolicited but necessary interventions, to update equipment history records. * **Minimum Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license category B; Willingness to work in Martinho Campos/MG. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working as a mechanic in companies operating forestry machinery.
