Responsible for increasing average transaction value by offering beverages and desserts, thereby contributing to business growth. Dining room cleaning and setup. Restocking beverages in refrigerators. Assisting in poke preparation and food cutting. Cleaning and organizing restrooms. Managing customer reception and menu presentation. Organizing dining room utensils. Monitoring dining room environment (sound, temperature, customer comfort, TV, lighting). Managing inventory of napkins, straws, and other dining room supplies. Previous experience as a Waiter, Restaurant Receptionist, Snack Bar Attendant, or Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma completed.
