Ensuring compliance with ANVISA and GMP regulations **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage daily production of 350 meals, ensuring quality standards, taste, and punctuality. * Develop balanced menus and carry out procurement planning focused on cost-effectiveness. * Conduct rigorous inventory control, stocktaking, raw material expiry tracking, and unit financial indicators. * Lead and develop the kitchen team, promoting training, engagement, and a positive organizational climate. * Ensure full compliance with ANVISA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety standards. * Maintain direct interface with the client to ensure service excellence and diner satisfaction. * Use Excel for cost control, operational KPIs, and management reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition. * Active registration with CRN (Regional Council of Nutritionists) – Mandatory. * Experience in Food and Nutrition Unit (FNU) management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (control spreadsheets and basic/intermediate formulas). * Leadership profile, organized, proactive, and highly responsible. * Easy access to Industrial District I. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the **Genial System**. * Experience managing FNUs in large corporations or collective catering consulting firms. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2.600,00 (CLT regime). * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 240.00 per month. * **Benefits:** Medical assistance, on-site meals, and transportation allowance. **Working Hours and Schedule:** * **Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday). * **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM. * **Work Model:** On-site.
