




Job Summary: A consultative sales and technical support professional responsible for prospecting, business development, profitability management, and interfacing with engineering. Technical support and interface with application engineering Key Responsibilities: * Prospect customers, identify their needs and business opportunities to increase sales, market share, and service quality; * Monitor business strategy and define the optimal approach; * Develop new business, consolidate customer relationships, and strengthen partnerships; * Provide technical support to external sales representatives and/or distributors; * Interface with application engineering to guide actions, acting as a process facilitator; * Manage current and future business profitability, driving development of new partnerships while meeting deadlines and budget requirements; * Respond to customer requests and maintain commercial and technical contacts to negotiate sales terms, delivery schedules, technical problem resolutions, product specifications, among others; * Monitor competitors, their practices and initiatives through market observation, providing suggestions whenever necessary; * Participate in economic, market, and technical feasibility analyses for new projects and new products. * Prepare demand reports and analyses. Competencies: * Proactivity; * Negotiation skills; * Results-oriented; * Organizational and planning abilities; * Interpersonal relationship skills; Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience in industrial filtration and complex consultative sales, with focus on Indoor Air Quality and HVAC systems, including knowledge of HEPA filters is preferred; * Experience engaging with companies primarily in manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries is preferred; * Willingness to travel occasionally across Brazil to support regional representatives and/or visit customers as required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
