If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a team driven by excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Traffic Operator is responsible for managing vehicle traffic flow on highways, performing surveillance, traffic control, monitoring road conditions, and supporting tow truck operations. Additionally, the professional will communicate with the Operational Control Center (CCO) to ensure smooth operations and highway safety. * Control and monitor vehicle traffic flow on highways, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining safety; * Conduct vehicle inspections, verifying documentation, safety conditions, and adherence to traffic regulations; * Coordinate actions to reduce congestion, identifying critical points and implementing measures to optimize traffic flow; * Prevent and intervene in risk situations—such as accidents or adverse traffic conditions—to ensure road fluidity and safety; * Execute tow truck operations, safely and efficiently removing immobilized or accident-involved vehicles in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures; * Maintain constant communication with the Operational Control Center (CCO), reporting traffic conditions, incidents, and support requirements to ensure efficient coordination of rescue and road maintenance activities; * Monitor road and signage conditions, recording anomalies or maintenance needs and coordinating actions with responsible teams; * Support emergency, security, and maintenance teams during accidents or emergency situations on the highway; * Prepare reports on traffic conditions, observed incidents, actions taken, and performed tow truck operations; * Collaborate with other agencies and teams—including highway police, security teams, and other service providers—to ensure smooth operations and driver safety; * Ensure communication equipment, tow trucks, and signage are always operating properly; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Assist in animal removal along the inspected stretch, safeguarding user safety; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; * At the start of each shift, inspect the vehicle’s operational condition—including coolant, oil, tire condition, general vehicle condition, and fuel level—and report any deficiencies identified to the immediate supervisor, ensuring compliant vehicle use per applicable rules, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum: Completed Elementary Education; Driver’s License Category D or E; Desirable experience in traffic enforcement, highway safety, or related fields. **Additional Information** On-site work at Highway Base locations; Work Schedule: Shift-based (2x2\). The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** Concessionaire of Eastern MS Highways S.A. manages the concession of MS\-112 and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR\-158 concession segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment extends 18.10 kilometers—from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** Concessionaire of BR 262 MG Highway S.A. manages the BR\-262 concession segment beginning at km 360\+100—at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim—to km 799—at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
