We welcome individuals who enrich our team regardless of nationality, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other differences. **Join us on this journey to provide food for the world!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control process variables (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow rate), ensuring operations comply with established standards while prioritizing productivity, safety, and quality. * Monitor equipment and control system performance, identifying and reporting deviations or anomalies to the Supervisor/Team Leader that may impact operational availability, final product quality, variable costs, or safety. * Support identification and resolution of incidents, contributing to restoration of normal operating conditions. * Support shutdown and maintenance activities, including work permit issuance, equipment energy isolation (lockout/tagout), and cleaning/preparation of systems scheduled for maintenance — ensuring safe and appropriate conditions for uninterrupted operations. * Collect samples and monitor laboratory analyses to ensure products meet specified quality standards. * Practice active care, safeguarding both personal safety and that of coworkers. * Act collaboratively and proactively in guiding safe behaviors, ensuring compliance with safety rules and instructions — including proper use of PPE, adherence to designated safe pathways, and observance of mandatory requirements in all activities. * Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and occupational health procedures, contributing to accident prevention and environmental protection. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and upkeep, adhering to **5S** principles and the unit’s best operational practices. * Ensure proper storage of chemicals, raw materials, and waste, in accordance with internal standards and applicable legislation. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding production progress and equipment operating conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; technical training is a plus. * Preferred: Chemical Process Operator training course (SENAI). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to reside in Araxá, Patrocínio, or Serra do Salitre. **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU HERE** **Health insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Dental insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Life insurance** **Meal allowance or food voucher for daily use** **On-site cafeteria (subject to location)** **6-month maternity leave (Citizen Company Program)** **20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program)** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and family members** **Access to a physical activity platform: Wellhub** **Education and Language Program (per company policy)** We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
