Description
**Job Mission**
* Support consolidated tax records, statements, and declarations to comply with federal, state, and municipal taxes, ensuring optimal fiscal outcomes for the company.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**
* Monitor, analyze processes, and propose improvements, resolving medium-complexity issues;
* Provide operational guidance to less experienced professionals or those performing operational tasks, and contribute to aligning the team’s demands with leadership;
* Support tax calculation and fiscal incentive computation using control spreadsheets;
* Follow area operational procedures to ensure proper development and standardization of routine activities;
* Guide the calculation of tax liabilities and credits for federal, state, and municipal taxes;
* Perform ICMS calculation and analysis and compute fiscal incentives using control spreadsheets;
* Monitor and assist in reviewing reports generated by the State Treasury Department regarding the entry of invoices into the State (billed against registration) to identify and analyze discrepancies;
* Guide the registration of fiscal parameters in the system.

* Planning and organization;
* Microsoft Office suite;
* ERP systems knowledge;
* Solid experience in this role;
* Knowledge of the Fiscal Code of Operations and Services (CFOP);
* Knowledge of technical legislation standards;
* Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields.
