Thus, we produce high-value-added solid and liquid organomineral fertilizers, as well as biological inputs, in factories located at sugarcane ethanol plant sites. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage meeting schedules, including scheduling meetings, checking participants' availability, reserving rooms, and handling related unforeseen issues. * Plan travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, preparing commitment agendas, and managing financial matters such as reimbursements and payment receipts for executives and other employees. * Provide support to executives at internal events, organizing materials, coffee breaks, and coordinating guests. * Manage the executive's payable accounts, covering both professional and personal matters. * Be responsible for office supply management, placing material orders, and ensuring appropriate inventory levels. * The professional will be responsible for planning and controlling daily routines, capable of managing the executive's household operations. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** ***Requirements*** · Completed undergraduate degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, or related fields; · Prior experience as an executive assistant and/or administrative assistant; · Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Calendar. · Driver's License Category B ***Preferred Qualifications*** · Experience in industrial settings. · Intermediate English proficiency ***Individual Skills*** · Discipline, commitment, and proactivity; · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; · Agility in resolving schedule conflicts; · Solid knowledge of financial control. · Numerical and calculation skills; · Logical reasoning; · Strong interpersonal skills; · Analytical mindset. · Good verbal and written communication; **Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:48** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Supporting executives (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred)
