Technical and behavioral development of the team We are seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Coordinator** to lead the **PCM, utilities, and industrial maintenance** fronts, ensuring operational efficiency, asset reliability, and continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities** Management of corrective, preventive maintenance, and utilities (boilers) teams Management and implementation of the maintenance module Technical support to PCM (development and analysis of mechanical and electrical parts) Analysis and development of improvement, retrofit, and maintainability projects Establishment of routines, standards, and KPIs for the area Management of interfaces with Procurement, Warehouse, PCP, and Executive Management Prospecting, negotiation, and management of third-party services Technical control of factory assets Technical inventory management and component standardization Technical and behavioral development of the team **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Coordinator in **industrial maintenance** * Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance applied to industry * Experience with standards, procedures, and regulatory management * Advanced Excel * Experience with maintenance software and report analysis * Experience in negotiation, budgeting, and performance management **Preferred Qualification:** Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Reliability, or Maintenance Management. **Behavioral Competencies** * Developer leadership * Systemic vision * Planning and results orientation * Assertive communication * Empathy and conflict resolution * Creativity * Discretion * Resilience and flexibility * Ethical behavior and cooperation Payment: R$8\.000,00 \- R$11\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
