We are hiring a **Commercial Attendant** to serve customers at the physical store, via WhatsApp, and by phone, handling sales, quotations, follow-ups, prospecting new clients, and supporting the company's commercial routines. **Responsibilities** * Serve customers in person, via WhatsApp, and by phone; * Conduct sales, prepare quotations, and negotiate; * Perform follow-up on customers and open opportunities; * Prospect new clients in the fields of health, aesthetics, dentistry, and facial harmonization; * Support commercial campaigns and promotional activities; * Assist in organizing the store and updating price labels; * Support collections from customers with overdue payments; * Perform cash closing when necessary. **Requirements** * Strong communication skills; * Organization and responsibility; * Commercial and proactive profile; * Aptitude for customer service; * Sales experience is a plus. **Advantages** Knowledge of or interest in **aesthetics, dentistry, biomedical science, health, or facial harmonization**. **Desired Profile** We seek a communicative, agile, friendly, committed individual who is eager to grow alongside the company.
