Join our family! **Role Summary** This professional will drive industrial performance through the implementation of operational excellence practices, continuous improvement, and performance management. The professional identifies opportunities to increase productivity, reduce losses, and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), leading strategic initiatives and developing organizational capabilities that contribute to sustainable results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. **Key Responsibilities** Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance plant efficiency and productivity. Lead the implementation and sustainability of MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) and other corporate performance programs. Conduct line diagnostics, BOP audits, assessments, and loss analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Define, monitor, and report industrial performance KPIs, establishing targets and benchmarks. Lead projects to reduce TPC and improve OEE using Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies. Facilitate structured problem-solving using root cause analysis methodologies. Develop organizational capabilities through training, coaching, and continuous improvement workshops. Collaborate integrally with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to ensure execution of action plans. Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations for plant leadership and regional stakeholders. Identify and promote internal and external best practices that enhance operational competitiveness. **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production, or related fields; Experience in large-scale industrial/manufacturing environments; Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence; Experience managing industrial metrics (KPIs), productivity, loss analysis, and cost reduction; Experience leading strategic projects and cross-functional teams; Knowledge of OEE, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies; Experience in industrial operations with strong interaction with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain; Intermediate to advanced English for communication with global teams; Willingness to work on-site in Araxá/MG and travel **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience as Production Manager, Quality Manager, or equivalent manufacturing role; Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt); MBA/Postgraduate degree in Industrial Management, Operational Excellence, or related fields; Experience in the food industry; Intermediate or advanced Spanish.*McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
