PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Psychologist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, including: dental care, psychological counseling, physiotherapy, and nutritional counseling; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services provided by Operational Units extend to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the assigned schedule. Ministro Olavo Drummond, km 1932 to end, side opposite the airport | Araxá MG \- 38180400 **Job Summary:** Conducts psychological counseling to diagnose and assess emotional, mental, and social adaptation disorders in patients; investigates unconscious behavioral factors to bring them into conscious awareness, clarifies conflicts, and follows patients throughout treatment until discharge; also participates in the development and implementation of health initiatives and campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Psychology Council. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the council will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience in clinical practice. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the position held to the one sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **CURRICULUM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Developmental psychology: normal development. Developmental psychopathology. Health-disease process: chronic and acute diseases; biomedical model and biopsychosocial health model. Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors; levels of health care. Basic intervention repertoire: functional level and psychosocial needs assessment of patients; stress theories and management; pain theories and management: coping styles. Group practices. Psychologist’s role at the intersection of health/work/education. Alcohol, tobacco, other drugs: fields of practice and theoretical trends.
