Carry out cleaning and organization of production areas and equipment. **Position Title:** Production Assistant **Position Type:** Regular \- Full\-Time **Requisition ID:** 42352 **About the Role** Support productive operations by assisting in production line activities, ensuring process continuity, area organization, and compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Support equipment operation and production line activities according to departmental procedures. * Perform material replenishment, material handling, and support for production operational routines. * Carry out cleaning and organization of production areas and equipment. * Assist with basic process controls and analyses, performing required documentation. * Comply with safety, quality, environmental, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work on rotating shifts. * Basic knowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in operational or industrial activities. * Experience in a manufacturing or food industry environment. *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
