Join our family! **About the Role** **About the Role** Operate forklifts and packaging department equipment to handle, store, and replenish materials and products, ensuring operational organization, process quality, and workplace safety. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate forklifts for material and product handling, storage, and replenishment. * Support product sorting, classification, and storage activities within operations. * Perform compaction of recyclable materials and assist with loading and reprocessing tasks. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of departmental areas and equipment. * Follow operational procedures and safety, quality, and food safety standards. **Required Qualifications and Skills****Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Basic knowledge of safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Preferred Qualifications** * Valid and up-to-date Forklift Operator certification. * Experience in the food industry or manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of warehousing, packaging, or internal logistics processes. *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
