About the Position: We are looking for a Mid-Level Lawyer to join our team and actively contribute to thesis development, case management, client relations, and expansion across multiple legal practice areas. Responsibilities: Handle judicial and administrative proceedings in tax, corporate, civil, and labor law; Draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and strategic procedural documents; Participate in hearings and oral arguments, as required; Provide legal counseling and client service focused on practical and effective solutions; Assist in prospecting new matters and contribute to the firm’s growth; Support internal team needs with a collaborative spirit and technical excellence. Requirements: Law degree and active OAB registration; Proven experience as a lawyer (minimum one year of legal practice); Experience in Tax, Corporate, Labor, or Civil Law (experience in Fiscal Enforcement proceedings is considered an advantage); Outstanding legal writing and argumentation skills; Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial mindset; Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills; Proficiency in deadline management, digital processes, and legal tools.
