Job Summary: The Recruitment & Selection Assistant will support and execute selection processes—from job posting to candidate onboarding—ensuring organization and a positive candidate experience. Organizing and managing the recruitment funnel **Job Description** The Recruitment & Selection Assistant will be responsible for supporting and executing all stages of selection processes—from job posting to onboarding approved candidates—ensuring organization, efficiency, and a positive experience for candidates, managers, and partner departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Posting job openings on portals, social media, and internal channels; * Screening and reviewing resumes according to required profiles and geographic locations; * Contacting candidates for initial alignment and scheduling interviews; * Organizing and managing the recruitment funnel; * Validating and verifying onboarding documentation; * Scheduling and monitoring pre-employment medical exams; * Supporting timely closure of open positions; * Updating spreadsheets, tracking tools, and R&S systems; * Participating in weekly alignment meetings with the R&S team; * Providing support to other HR department routines as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**; * Prior experience in Recruitment & Selection is considered a plus; * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; * Aptitude for using systems, spreadsheets, and process management; * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling high-volume operational hiring; * Experience in service, merchandising, or retail companies; * Knowledge of onboarding processes **Salary** R$ 1621 per month **Benefits** * Dental Care * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance **Additional Information** Benefits and Compensation: * \- Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 * \- Incentive: R$ 200,00 * \- Transportation Voucher (paid in cash, as needed) * \- Meal Voucher: R$ 484,00 **More Information** * Work Location: Rua José Bonifácio, 100, Madalena * Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental care * Education allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Currently enrolled in or having interrupted undergraduate studies (preferred) Experience: * Recruitment and Selection (preferred)
