Employee management and customer service **Prior work experience required** Responsibilities: Guide, monitor, and resolve issues related to the perishables department (frozen and dairy products); Monitor private-label product production processes; Provide customer service; Manage department scheduling and arrange substitutions as needed; Execute checklists and all requests issued by supervision and commercial departments; Manage department employees and handle department-related matters.
