Join our family! **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).** **Job Summary** As a Senior Administrative Analyst – Agriculture, you will ensure operational fluidity across the area’s processes by managing registrations, payments, contracts, and requisitions from producers and suppliers. In constant alignment with Finance and Procurement teams, you will play a fundamental role in organizing and enhancing the efficiency of administrative routines. You will also support the financial and administrative management of the Agriculture area, contributing to activity control and monitoring while ensuring compliance with internal processes. This position is ideal for professionals seeking analytical and collaborative work with direct impact on sustaining the area’s operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage overhead expenses for the Agriculture cost centers, analyzing variances and supporting forecasting adjustments in coordination with Agriculture and Finance teams. * Classify and monitor expenses during monthly closing, including provisioning where necessary. * Manage purchase orders (POs) in SAP (Coupa) and track payments to producers and service providers, resolving outstanding issues. * Conduct registration and updating of producers and suppliers, interfacing with the Procurement team. * Support contract and reporting management for the area, ensuring organization, control, and process compliance. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Analytical mindset and familiarity with numerical tasks; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. **Location:** Araxá \- MG McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
