




Job Summary: The candidate will support marketing activities, including campaign creation, marketing plan monitoring, and results analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Marketing performance analysis and planning Support activities such as: vendor contracting/interface, daily monitoring of the established marketing plan, creative request submission, pre-approval of creatives, caption development for posts, quotation/budgeting for marketing-related services, sponsorship request/monitoring for posts/publications, and monthly presentation of marketing KPIs. * + Support creation and commercial teams, facilitating cross-departmental communication; + Generate and propose campaign ideas, and participate in the full development of these campaigns, including organizing events, exhibitions, product launches, etc. + Work directly with the marketing management team across various functions, especially in the creation and implementation of promotional and advertising campaigns. + Take photos and videos, and perform editing for social media promotion. + Collaborate internally to ensure all staff members are engaged in marketing initiatives and content dissemination. + Follow the content calendar after internal validation. + Update and analyze improvements across all existing communication channels: website, social media, outdoor advertising, YouTube, etc. + Ensure marketing campaigns reflect the College’s internal reality. + Conduct periodic marketing KPI analysis and compilation, and report findings to the School Administration. + Assist in promoting and organizing College events. + Submit creative requests and boosting requests. + Prepare service provider quotations and submit them for Finance Department approval. + Prepare monthly performance reports. + Monitor the marketing plan daily and provide feedback to stakeholders (clients/vendors). + Evaluate whether executed actions/posts deliver value and resonate with defined target audiences. + Monitor seasonal calendars and propose seasonal marketing initiatives (seasonal marketing). + Produce materials for internal productions. + Provide organizational support for College-hosted events (vendor contracting and visual communication). + Publish posts, respond to comments, and reply to direct messages from audience (social media operations). + Attend events, courses, training sessions, and meetings whenever requested or upon personal initiative—subject to prior authorization by the School Administration—to support professional development. + Fully comply with scheduled working hours and shift arrangements. + Maintain and foster a cooperative work environment with colleagues, students, parents, and other segments of the school community. + Perform duties competently, consistently, punctually, responsibly, diligently, discreetly, and honestly. + Execute work plans according to goals and standards set by the School Administration.
