Participation in marketing and sales strategies Carry out and support activities related to new student acquisition and retention initiatives, interfacing with and proposing improvement discussions across all departments to ensure an excellent experience for Del Rey customers. * Check email inbox daily and take necessary actions. * + Manage and monitor the Sales Plan and performance reports. + Monitor marketing, events, communications, and commercial department activities and decisions. + Manage the school's CRM system, overseeing prospecting, relationship management, and after-sales service; building a customer database and delivering personalized service and attention; + Supervise new customer service to guarantee quality service delivery. + Monitor and manage contacts made via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms. + Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, regardless of whether a sale is closed. + Define and supervise customer acquisition and retention strategies. + Engage with customers during sales and after-sales; + Continuously develop and refine sales techniques; + Present monthly performance reports (on sales); + Align with the team on sales targets and prospecting goals; + Manage contacts made via the school's WhatsApp and messaging platforms; + Maintain records of all customer interactions, regardless of sales outcome; + Participate in developing marketing strategies and executing and monitoring all required actions; + Collaborate with the marketing team in designing and implementing promotional and advertising campaigns; + Stay updated on knowledge of services offered; + Organize daily work routines; + Conduct internal reporting and analysis management; + Participate in creating and executing external activities for new customer prospecting; + Attend partner companies' meetings and training sessions; + Attend events, courses, trainings, and meetings whenever requested or upon personal initiative + Fully comply with scheduled working hours and shift rosters. + Foster and maintain a cooperative work environment with colleagues, students, parents, and other members of the school community. + Perform duties competently, diligently, punctually, responsibly, carefully, discreetly, and honestly. + Execute work plans in accordance with goals and standards established by School Management.
