Job Summary: Design and evolve the user experience of digital banking products, participating in ideation and refinement of solutions while applying UX methods to ensure usability and adherence to the design system. Multidisciplinary collaboration across all stages of the product lifecycle. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT The **Banking Products** area is responsible for the conception and evolution of Sicoob’s banking products and services, working integrally with technology and business teams. It operates from strategic product definition through to deployment across digital and physical channels, covering products such as Pix, Foreign Exchange, Open Finance, APIs, among others, via multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities:** * Design and evolve the user experience of digital products, primarily participating in the ideation and refinement phases of solutions throughout the product lifecycle; * During the ideation phase, the UX professional will be responsible for understanding business and user needs, supporting discovery processes, conducting journey and solution benchmarking, mapping macro-flows, formulating solution hypotheses, and aligning proposals with product analysts, business stakeholders, and technologists; * During the refinement phase, work will proceed with a defined scope, transforming ideas into development-ready solutions through navigable prototyping in Figma, evaluating impacts on user experience, identifying usability risks, and ensuring compliance with the institutional design system; * To support these phases, the professional may apply UX frameworks and methods—including user journey mapping, personas, qualitative research, wireframing, usability testing, empathy mapping, design thinking, design sprints, lean inception, interviews, desk research, and A/B testing—as required by the product and team direction; * During development and QA, provide targeted support by clarifying experience-related questions and validating whether technical adjustments preserve the intended user experience. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Design, Digital Design, UX Design, Communication, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of User Journey Mapping and Navigable Prototyping; * Advanced proficiency in Figma; * Intermediate knowledge of Financial Products; * Intermediate knowledge of Usability Testing; * Formal education or training in UX, Product Design, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of Design Sprint, Miro, and User Research. **Benefits:** Childcare/Babysitting Allowance, Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarship Program, Christmas Hamper, Year-end Day Off, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave, Annual Profit Sharing, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Multi-sponsor Private Pension Plan, Soft and Hard Skills Development Program, Internal Mobility Program – Internal Opportunity Matching, Well-being Program, Life Insurance, Sicoob Corporate University, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Transportation Voucher (optional), Wellhub
