Work Location: Uberaba \- MG Employment Type: PJ RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Professional trainer * Conduct periodic site visits to assess service quality and discuss requirements and needs with teams and clients. * Train and upskill outsourced teams, promoting continuous improvement and professional development of employees. * Manage relationships with service providers, including contract negotiations, performance indicator monitoring, and results analysis. * Prepare managerial reports on team performance and service effectiveness. * Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all. * Implement and track action plans to resolve issues and optimize operational processes. * Serve as the liaison between management and service provider teams, mediating conflicts and fostering positive relationships. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Experience** * Required: Minimum 1 year of supervision experience. **Education** * Required: Completed High School * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in leadership or management-related fields. * Preferred: Knowledge of leadership in cleaning and security services. **Skills** * Required: Driver's license (Category B) * Required: Basic computer skills **Competencies** * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. * Commitment to work quality and to hygiene and safety standards.
