Application of Food Safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Prepare large-scale meals (lunch and dinner), ensuring quality, taste, and established visual standards. * Coordinate daily production with emphasis on organization, hygiene, and strict adherence to deadlines. * Ensure proper food handling in compliance with Food Safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Monitor dish presentation, temperature, and standardization according to the menu. * Support kitchen organization, ingredient control (inventory), and facility cleaning. * Provide operational leadership to auxiliary staff, guiding pre-preparation tasks. * Perform basic administrative routines via system/computer related to production. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in industrial kitchens. * Proactive profile with focus on productivity, quality, and punctuality. * **Easy access (Industrial District I).** * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule with fixed Saturday off. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2.000,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 240.00 per month. * **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, On-site Meals, and Transportation Allowance. Work Schedule and Hours: * **Schedule:** 6x1 (Sunday to Friday – **Saturday Off**). * **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM. * **Work Model:** On-site.
