To support this mission, Syngenta’s recruitment team is seeking a Junior Administrative Analyst in Uberlândia/MG. **Responsibilities:** * Support achievement of Production KPIs and monitor Investigative Analyses (RCAs) to mitigate non-conformities; * Manage data entry in spreadsheets, SmartSheet, and SAP; * Handle and analyze production movement activities and manage Production Orders; * Control WIP inventory (seeds and inputs); * Serve as the continuous improvement focal point and support digital projects within the production area; **Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Yellow Belt or Green Belt is a plus; * Proficiency with AI tools; * Ability to lead through influence; * Proactivity, agility, strong planning skills, good interpersonal skills, and accountability. **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, promotes professional development, and seeks a balance between professional and personal life to support team members.
