Focus on quality, food safety, and customer service ### **About the opportunity:** Exal is looking for a **Unit Manager with leadership and management skills**, to manage a food service unit. We seek a dynamic professional focused on results, quality, and excellence in customer service. ### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor meal production, ensuring quality and food safety; * Manage unit operations (team, processes, and results); * Develop and analyze menus and dietary plans; * Place orders, manage procurement, and control costs; * Train and develop the team, promoting engagement and motivation; * Conduct recruitment and selection to build the unit team; * Maintain client relationships by participating in meetings and alignment sessions; * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards; * Monitor unit performance indicators (revenue, costs, and performance); * Operate the management system (Genial). ### **Requirements:** * Degree in Nutrition with active CRN registration; * Experience managing collective food service units; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of cost control and performance indicators; * Knowledge of quality and food safety; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized, proactive profile with a results orientation. ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with the Genial system; * Experience in corporate contracts; * Personal vehicle. ### **Behavioral competencies:** * Leadership and people management; * Emotional maturity; * Customer focus; * Decision-making ability; * Organization and sense of priority.
