We are looking for a **Service Consultant** with strong expertise in the **Yellow Line** segment to manage our after-sales service and workshop operations. If you are a dynamic professional focused on customer experience, understand the impact of machine downtime, and possess commercial skills to drive profitability in our service operations, this opportunity is for you! **Key Challenges:** * Serve as the primary contact point between the dealership and customers (mining companies, construction firms, fleet operators, and equipment rental companies). * Transform mechanic reports into accurate commercial maintenance estimates (overhauls, inspections, and preventive maintenance). * Initiate, monitor expenses (e.g., technician mileage, accommodation), and close Service Orders (SOs). * Actively sell services, scheduled maintenance contracts, and overcome price-related objections. * Manage crises and delivery timelines jointly with the workshop, providing real-time updates to customers to mitigate the impact of *downtime* (machine downtime). **What We Seek (Requirements):** * Solid experience in after-sales service/workshop operations within the **Yellow Line** segment or heavy equipment. * Practical knowledge of administrative control of Service Orders (SOs). * Aggressive commercial profile (focus on revenue targets for labor and parts). * Excellent emotional intelligence, customer focus, and conflict resolution skills.
