Dhara is growing and seeking someone to join our implementation team. Work Model: Remote, with on-site client engagement as required Contract Type: CLT or PJ (to be discussed) Location: Patos de Minas \- MG **Your Responsibilities** You will manage the entire implementation lifecycle: \- Gather and map client business processes \- Define scope and analyze requirements \- Perform configurations and minor customizations \- Conduct training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) \- Simulate processes with end users \- Support assisted operations \- Provide post-implementation support \- Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs (SQL \+ BI tools \+ AI) \- And other system consulting activities **But at Dhara, we’re not just executors — we expect our team to:** \- Propose innovative improvements and processes for clients \- Contribute ideas to evolve our products \- Find solutions where others see obstacles **Essential Qualifications** \- Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields \- Experience as an ERP user or in ERP implementation \- Basic SQL skills for data extraction and analysis \- Strong critical analysis and requirements gathering capabilities \- Clear communication — you’ll interact directly with clients and internal teams **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience implementing Sankhya ERP \- Knowledge of projects, service operations, and agro-industry \- Familiarity with tax and accounting regulations \- Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools **Your Profile** \- Logical reasoning and problem-solving orientation \- Adaptability — each client presents a new context \- Autonomy — capable of organized self-management in field assignments \- Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms (and vice versa) \- Proficient in time and priority management \- Collaborative mindset — works well both in teams and with clients \- Inquisitive — does not accept "that’s how it’s always been" as an answer **Benefits (CLT)** \- Health insurance \- Meal allowance \- Totalpass \- Profit-sharing program (PLR) \- Growth opportunities **About Dhara** Dhara is a Sankhya-certified company that develops additional modules and solutions for the ERP, specifically tailored for Agro-industry, Services, Operations, and Project Management — including engineering, industrial, software, and other sectors.
