Training organization and delivery **HR Analyst** **Responsibilities:** Conduct full-cycle recruitment and selection, from candidate screening to providing feedback; Lead new employee onboarding to ensure effective integration; Monitor the team and document areas for improvement; Plan, execute, and organize training programs, including delivering courses and capacity-building events; Support job and salary management, aligning compensation with company policy. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Relevant work experience; Easy access to Sarzedo and availability for 100% in-person work.
