Job Summary: We are seeking an on-site Customer Success Analyst to maximize the value of our telematics solutions for customers, ensuring retention and growth through personalized and proactive support. Collaborate with teams to achieve excellence in customer service We are looking for an on-site Customer Success Analyst to help our customers derive maximum value from the telematics solutions we offer. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their goals and fully leverage the features of our platform, thereby promoting customer retention and base growth. Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them in using the telematics platform. * Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and challenges, proposing customized solutions. * Monitor customer performance metrics and satisfaction levels, suggesting improvements when necessary. * Train customers on platform features and best practices for optimizing their processes. * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on each customer's profile. * Collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to ensure excellence in customer service. * Monitor account health and develop action plans to mitigate churn (cancellation) risks. * Conduct periodic alignment meetings with customers to review goals and outcomes. Requirements: * Prior experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or related roles. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work proactively—solving problems and identifying opportunities. * Basic knowledge of telematics or automotive technology is a plus. * Experience with CRM platforms and performance monitoring tools. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
