




Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying, calculating, and controlling direct and indirect costs; preparing reports; supporting financial closing and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in cost and profitability analysis per product/service. 2. Essential support for financial closing and internal/external audits. 3. Participation in budget preparation and cost forecast reviews. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify and calculate direct and indirect production, service, and operational costs. * Prepare cost variance, margin, and profitability reports per product, cost center, and business unit. * Monthly control and review of fixed and variable cost allocations, ensuring consistency with current accounting standards. * Support financial closing by performing reconciliations and journal entries for cost center and inventory allocations. * Analyze and validate inventory movements (raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods). * Participate in budget (OBZ) preparation and cost forecast revisions. * Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and technical justifications. * Implement and monitor performance indicators and cost reduction initiatives. * Support implementation and configuration of integrated cost management systems linked to the ERP. * Issue managerial and budget tracking reports for executive management. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday – from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting. Degrees in Administration, Economics, or related fields will also be considered. * **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Finance, or Cost Management. * **Knowledge:** * Industrial cost accounting and absorption/variable costing methods; * ERP system (TOTVS Protheus); * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial formulas, dashboards) and BI tools; * Basic knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS); * Business performance indicator and budget analysis.
