We seek a person **with sharp technical insight, analytical reasoning, and business acumen**, who wants to take a proactive role in accounting processes, supporting the company’s sustainable growth and the reliability of our financial information. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate and review the accounting close and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards; Ensure compliance with CPC, IFRS, and USGAAP, as well as internal policies and regulatory requirements; Manage calculation and analysis of direct and indirect taxes in partnership with Tax and Finance departments; Conduct balance sheet analyses, complex reconciliations, and internal/external audits, ensuring data integrity and traceability; Support and advise other company departments, ensuring accounting transparency in decision-making. Implement and update accounting policies and financial governance processes. Lead automation and digitalization initiatives for accounting processes, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Active CRC registration; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Controllership is considered a plus. Advanced knowledge of CPC, IFRS, USGAAP, and tax regulations; Experience with accounting close, consolidation of financial statements, audits, and complex reconciliations; Proven experience in optimizing accounting processes and managing regulatory risks; Proficiency in accounting ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for automation and reporting; Analytical capability, strategic vision, and ability to collaboratively solve complex problems.
