Your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting field surveys of services performed by the client’s third-party contractors; * Collecting measurements, volumes, and quantities of reinforcements, formwork, concrete, and other items, and verifying them against project documents; * Identifying potential discrepancies between measurements; * Calculating quantities for all executed services to verify alignment with the client’s and third parties’ surveys; * Performing hands-on, technical analysis of equipment, labor, and material productivity; production cost controls; and service delivery performance; * Conducting rigorous verification of third-party measurements against measurement criteria, project documents, and technical specifications; * Supporting the planning department by estimating costs and developing forecasts; * Verifying DMT (Average Haul Distance) to perform verification. For this position, we expect you to have: * A degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Prior experience in measurement for industrial construction projects is desirable. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Familiarity with or experience implementing ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is desirable.
