Your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting service execution surveys for the client’s third-party companies; * Collecting measurements, volumes, and quantities of reinforcements, formwork, concrete, and other items, and verifying them against the project; * Identifying potential discrepancies among measurements; * Calculating quantities for all executed services to cross-check with the client’s and third parties’ surveys; * Performing practical and technical analysis of equipment, labor, and material productivity; production cost controls; and service delivery cost controls; * Effectively verifying third-party measurements against measurement criteria, project documents, and technical specifications; * Supporting the planning department by estimating costs and developing estimates; * Verifying DMT (Average Transport Distance) to perform verification. For this position, we expect you to have: * A degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields. * Experience in industrial construction measurement is desirable. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is desirable.
