Job Opening: PRODUCTION LEADER (Night Shift) City: Uberlândia Responsibilities and Activities: Assist in assigning tasks to employees Perform necessary data entries or close production orders (OPs) and forward them to respective departments (PCP, Logistics) Issue service orders (O.S.) for various repairs (e.g., machinery maintenance, etc.) Monitor the transfer of finished goods to Logistics Verify work items to prevent shortages, requesting replenishment from responsible parties (raw materials, boxes, pallets, etc.) Monitor weighing procedures during inventory counts, when required Monitor machine maintenance personnel, when required Supervise team performance (absences, tardiness, productivity, uniforms, accessories, nails, use of PPE) Monitor hygiene, cleaning, and organization within the department Guide operators regarding their duties and remain available to resolve questions and issues Request replacement parts and/or various materials used in the factory Dispatch and receive products from Partner Facilities, performing verification, opening/closing specific OPs, and directing items to relevant departments Produce various product labels Assist in various activities whenever necessary Requirements: Completed High School education Working Hours: 9:40 PM to 6:40 AM, Monday through Friday Benefits: Medical and dental plan, Transportation allowance, Meal allowance R$350.00, On-site cafeteria, Birthday day off Salary: R$2\.712,26 Working Hours About the Company: Junco is the fastest-growing party supplies and food company in Brazil.
