We are looking for a person to work 100% on-site in the Customer Service team. **Here, total dedication has never been stronger.** **Responsibilities and duties** **What your day-to-day will look like in this awesome team \=)** Provide public-facing customer service, delivering excellence. Process payments, ensuring accuracy and security. Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, guaranteeing all financial processes are correctly executed. Issue fiscal invoices in accordance with current regulations. Offer additional services to customers, such as promotions and loyalty programs, among others, to enhance the shopping experience. Provide customer service in the package department, performing item verification, packaging, and delivery of goods. Organize inventory to facilitate movement of stored items and support product delivery to customers. Support store management and operations per organizational guidelines, aligning with CDC strategies and operational processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **It would be great if you have:** Completed high school education. Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
