**Responsibilities and Duties**
Provide administrative support for People Management activities, including recruitment and selection, training, benefits administration, payroll, electronic timekeeping, and other related processes, ensuring organization, accuracy, and up-to-date information and documentation.
* Support onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes for employees;
* Perform data entry and verification for payroll closing and timekeeping control;
* Assist in organizing trainings, development initiatives, and internal events;
* Update and maintain employee personnel files and records;
* Manage and distribute benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.);
* Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up);
* Generate management reports and spreadsheets for the department;
* Provide HR-related support to employees, addressing their inquiries and requests;
* Ensure process compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
* Advise and assist employees regarding payroll, vacation, medical certificates, leaves of absence, and other labor-related questions;
* Support payroll and social charges data entry and verification;
* Assist in organizing trainings, internal campaigns, and corporate events;
* Maintain departmental files and documents organized and updated, in accordance with audit and compliance requirements;
* Support recruitment and selection processes and HR performance indicator tracking;
* Participate in new employee onboarding routines and organizational climate initiatives.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education. A bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields is desirable.

Way-153, spanning Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform partnered with Itaú Bank, with expertise across various business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364.
**Way-306**
The Concessionaire of Highway MS-306 S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS-306, from kilometer zero at the MS/MT border to kilometer 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), incorporating 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from kilometer zero to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul.
**Way-112**
The Concessionaire of Eastern MS Highways S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia—a distance of 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned segment of BR-158 runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment runs from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—a distance of 18.10 kilometers—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas.
**Way-262**
The Concessionaire of Highway BR-262 MG S.A. is responsible for the concession of BR-262, covering the stretch beginning at kilometer 360+100—at its junction with BR-381 in Betim—to kilometer 799—at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within the state of Minas Gerais, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
**Way-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG-GO Concessionaire is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais. The concessioned stretch begins at BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to the junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, Veríssimo.
**Way-364** – The Concessionaire of Highway BR-364 MT S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed responsibility for 30 years for the administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments.
This federal concession project covers the states of Mato Grosso and Goiás, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT, located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports.
The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
